By accessing or using the Lingoland application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Subscription and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
